"My journey in education has always been driven by a deep passion for learning, languages, and creating opportunities for others. Originally from Baku, Azerbaijan, I began building my path in education at a young age, and over time I have grown into an educator, entrepreneur, and women’s empowerment ambassador focused on expanding access to international education.

My time at ¾«¶«´«Ã½ played an important role in shaping that journey. Completing my Master’s degree in Education at ¾«¶«´«Ã½ provided me with a strong academic foundation and practical understanding of educational systems, which later became essential in building my own educational ventures. The knowledge and skills I gained helped me establish my education-focused businesses and successfully navigate licensing requirements for both my early childhood education center and my college consulting work in the United States. I also greatly valued the diverse student community and the supportive learning environment, which helped me develop confidence and a global perspective that continues to influence my work today.

I moved to the United States after being granted an EB-1A (Einstein Visa) for individuals with extraordinary ability, with my recognition based on my work and achievements in entrepreneurship. This milestone allowed me to expand my work in education on an international level.

In the U.S., I founded several education-focused businesses. I am the founder of A-Level Global, a college consulting and university placement company that supports students with admissions to universities, as well as boarding and therapeutic school placements. Through this work, I also recruit and guide talented students from Azerbaijan and other regions to study in the United States. As part of my work as a college consultant, I have successfully placed many students at ¾«¶«´«Ã½, and it is incredibly rewarding to see them grow into successful professionals in their respective fields.

I am also the founder and director of A-Level Minds, an early childhood education centre based in Maryland. This program is particularly close to my heart. It is a multicultural and multilingual centre where we focus on developing children academically, socially, and emotionally while fostering a love of learning from an early age. We are currently in the process of expanding and opening another pre-kindergarten location in downtown Baltimore.

In addition, I launched A-Level Medical Externship, which provides students with opportunities to gain practical experience and exposure in the medical field, helping them prepare for future careers.

Alongside building my businesses, I have remained committed to my own education. I recently completed my MBA at Washington University of Science and Technology. This was a particularly meaningful achievement for me, as I completed my MBA while pregnant and welcomed my baby girl in October 2025. Balancing motherhood, education, and entrepreneurship has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

Looking back, my experience at ¾«¶«´«Ã½ played a key role in shaping my professional path and giving me the tools to build and expand my work internationally. Today, my mission is to continue creating impactful educational opportunities and to support students at every stage of their journey—from early childhood to university and beyond.

My advice to students would be to stay persistent, embrace challenges, and never stop learning. Your journey may not always be easy, but with passion and determination, you can build something truly meaningful."
