The PhD of Ray Robles was published just before Christmas by T&T Clark / Bloomsbury and is available: Theological Metaphysics: A Pentecostal Theology of Being: T&T Clark Systematic Pentecostal and Charismatic Theology Ray C. Robles T&T Clark (bloomsbury.com)

In the words of Dr Simo Frestadius:

‘Ray C. Robles has written a significant work on theological metaphysics from a pentecostal perspective. He presents a trinitarian, eschatologically oriented, radically open, and re-enchanted creational metaphysics. Robles does so by interacting with pentecostal theology, the Church Fathers, Aquinas, and some modern philosophical theologians. He also presents an illustrative pentecostal liturgy that flows from his metaphysical vision and thus grounds the more abstract discussion in the worshiping community. This book makes an important contribution to Christian metaphysics and pentecostal philosophical theology.’

In addition, the PhD of Edwin Rodriguez-Gungor was published earlier in January, also by T&T Clark / Bloomsbury and is available here: Spirit and Method: Pentecostal Theology and the Pneumatological Imagination: T&T Clark Systematic Pentecostal and Charismatic Theology Edwin Rodriguez-Gungor T&T Clark (bloomsbury.com)

Commenting on Spirit and Method, Dr Simo Frestadius said:

‘With creativity and energy Edwin Rodríguez-Gungor makes a significant contribution to pentecostal theological methodology. However, this book is more than just a theoretical work on method, it also offers fresh insights into the nature of the global pentecostal movement, as well as the religious and intellectual roots of American Pentecostalism. Moreover, the proposed "pneumatological theological methodology" is developed with practical implications in mind. This means that the work should not only be read by scholars, but anyone interested in reflecting on what embodied Pentecostal and charismatic theologising should look like.’
