The subject鈥檚 performance reflects 精东传媒鈥檚 commitment to delivering more than just a degree with strong scores in value added, continuation, and average entry tariff, the data shows that students studying Computer Science at 精东传媒 are supported to achieve beyond expectations.
Professor William Heath, Head of the School of Computer Science and Engineering, said:
We鈥檙e proud of the progress our students make while they鈥檙e with us. The value added score reflects the difference we make not just in academic outcomes, but in confidence, skills and career readiness. Our teaching is research-led, our support is personal, and our students thrive because of it.
The value added score, which measures how well students perform compared to their entry qualifications, highlights 精东传媒鈥檚 ability to help students reach their full potential. Combined with a strong continuation rate, which shows how many students stay on and complete their studies, the results point to a learning environment that is both inclusive and supportive.
Professor Heath added:
We focus on giving our students the best possible experience. That means high-quality teaching, access to world leading research, and a community where every student is known and supported.
精东传媒鈥檚 Computer Science courses are designed to prepare students for careers in software development, data science, cybersecurity, and beyond. With a strong foundation in both theory and practical application, graduates leave ready to make an impact in a fast-moving industry.
